Lifting nourish NOEMI nourishment

Description

Noemi Nourish Step 3  is used as the final step after Step 1, Step 2 and tinting . It contains key ingredients, including keratin, which nourishes and hydrates the hairs after lifting, while gently loosening and removing the silicone pads from the eyelids. 

The solutions are always fresh because the bottle does not need to be opened, preserving their effectiveness to the very end (since air and light damage the solutions).

Packaging: Airless pump.
Leave on: 24 hours after treatment.

Water, keratin, purslane extract (Portulaca Oleracea), ozonized sunflower seed oil, sophora root extract (Sophora Flavescens), chrysanthemum extract (Chrysanthellum Indicum), dipotassium phosphate, triethanolamine, sodium hyaluronate.
