Terms for returning purchased goods

Order cancellation
You can cancel an order placed through our website on the same day by sending us your cancellation in writing at office@vmbeautyshop.com.
Returns and exchanges
You can return or exchange a purchased product within 14 days of the date of purchase.
To exchange or return a product, please contact us through any of the channels listed on the website (phone, Viber, etc.)
All products are shipped with the “inspection” option. If you refuse to accept the parcel, the delivery and return fees are at your expense.
When returning goods, you must return the product together with the cash receipt you received with the order. The goods must be returned unused and in the condition in which they were received, with intact packaging and with the manufacturer's and/or importer's labels. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense. The amount paid is refunded within 3 days of the date the product arrives at our address, or the product is exchanged for another one after arrangement with the customer through any of the channels listed on the website.
