Description
Noemi Fixing Step 2 is the second step after Noemi Perming Step 1 , neutralizing the hairs and setting the lashes in place.
The lotions are always fresh because the bottle does not need to be opened, preserving their effectiveness to the very end (since air and light damage the lotions).
