Noemi Dye products are hybrid colors. Their perfect formula makes brow and lash tinting easy. 

Noemi Dye tint must always be mixed with Noemi solution ! The colors can also be mixed with each other to create customized shades.

In addition, they do not darken the brows, as the tint first lightens the natural hairs by 1-2 shades, ensuring you always achieve the perfect, desired result.
