7. Delivery Terms
Orders under 5.11 €/10.00 BGN are not processed.
On the first business day after the request has been clarified and confirmed, https://vmbeautyshop.com/ ships the ordered goods with the courier companies Econt and Speedy within Bulgaria. Couriers usually deliver within 24 hours, except in cases where they are prevented by force majeure circumstances.
All orders placed by 14:00 on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 are shipped the next business day. In case of unforeseen exceptions, shipping may be delayed by up to 48 hours.
The shipping fee is paid by the customer. For your convenience, the website calculates the shipping fee for each order.
For orders over 65 € with Speedy, shipping is free, except when a promotional period with free shipping at a lower order value is in effect. Such periods are announced on the homepage of the website, as well as in the News section.
!Parcels are delivered by the courier companies Speedy and Econt, and card payment is only possible for orders shipped with Econt. For delivery with Speedy, cash on delivery is paid in cash.
Another delivery method is possible upon prior arrangement between the User and https://vmbeautyshop.com/
Delivery is made by the courier companies Speedy and Econt within 1 to 2 business days after your order is shipped. All orders are shipped with the “Inspect before paying” option. Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the courier the order amount.
For other EU member states, goods are delivered by DPD, TNT or another courier upon written agreement between https://vmbeautyshop.com/ and the User. In these cases, the order, together with the shipping fee, is paid in advance by the User via bank transfer to the account of VM BEAUTY BULGARIA EOOD, together with the transportation costs. Delivery takes place within 3 to 10 days after the order is finalized.
When placing an order, first choose the courier you want to deliver your parcel. Then check one of the options “to locker”, “to office”, “to address”.
If you choose one of the first 2 options, select a convenient locker or office from the drop-down menu. If you choose the third option, enter the address where you want your parcel delivered.
8. Additional provisions
– All prices are in euros, VAT included. The prices listed for individual items are for the respective quantity and do not include shipping costs.
– The price of the goods and shipping costs can be paid in one of the following ways: cash on delivery, or by bank transfer for delivery outside Bulgaria. For deliveries outside Bulgaria, the ordered goods are paid in advance to the company's account, and the shipping fee is added to the order price.
– Customer discounts are not valid for promotional or discounted products.
– By default, all goods are shipped with a cash receipt. An invoice is issued once you send correct company details containing the information required for an invoice under the Accountancy Act. You can send your invoice details by filling in the “invoice details” field or as a comment on your order. If invoice details are provided, the invoice will be sent with the cash receipt in the package with your goods.
9. Loyalty program
9.1. The program is open to customers with a registered account on vmbeautyshop.com. Orders placed without an account do not earn points.
9.2. For every 1 € of product value in a completed order, the customer earns 2 points. Shipping does not earn points. Points are credited once the order receives the status “Completed”.
9.3. Upon registration, the customer receives a one-time bonus of 200 points. Accounts created before the launch of the program receive the same bonus at launch.
9.4. 100 points equal a 1 € discount. Points can be redeemed in the Cart or on the Checkout page for up to 20% of the cart value.
9.5. Points and a promo code cannot be used in the same order.
9.6. If an order is canceled, the points used are returned to the account. If products are canceled or returned, the points earned for them are deducted.
9.7. Points have no cash value, are not paid out and cannot be transferred to other persons. Your balance and history can be viewed in your account, in the “My points” section.
9.8. Points do not expire. VM Beauty Bulgaria EOOD may change or terminate the program by announcing the changes on this page in advance.
