Lifting perm – Step 1 is the essential first step for professional lash or brow lifting. This gentle lotion opens the hair cuticles, allowing the lashes to be shaped and lifted perfectly. Applied after the lashes are secured on the silicone pad, it delivers precise results with a short processing time of 5–8 minutes, ensuring a long-lasting, beautifully lifted look.
